These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the betogel platform, including all services, products, games, and promotions made available through the website betogel.cam and any related mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by betogel ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of whether they have formally registered an account.

betogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" The individual player account registered by a User on the betogel Platform, through which all gaming, financial, and promotional activities are conducted.
• "Balance" The total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, welcome bonus amounts, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by betogel before processing withdrawals or unlocking full account functionality.
• "MYR / RM" Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency in which betogel Accounts are denominated and in which all transactions are conducted unless otherwise stated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country or territory from which access to or use of betogel's services is prohibited under applicable laws or our internal compliance policies.
• "RTP" Return to Player — the theoretical long-run percentage of total wagered money that a game returns to players. Published RTP figures are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate MYR 1,000 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.

To register an account and use betogel's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. betogel strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activity, in line with internationally recognised standards for responsible gaming. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary account closure, or cooling-off period on betogel or any other gambling platform under which registration on a new platform would constitute a breach.
5. Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on betogel. Each individual may hold only one Account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betogel reserves the right to close the duplicate, forfeit any bonus balances, and retain any winnings derived from fraudulent play.
6. Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. betogel reserves the right to suspend or close any account where materially false information is identified.

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete betogel's online registration form, providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You will also be required to create a unique username and a strong password.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

betogel is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport (for non-Malaysian citizens)
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months
• A clear selfie photograph of yourself holding your photo ID document
• Proof of payment method (where applicable) — a screenshot of your e-wallet or bank account showing your registered name

Standard KYC review is completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. VIP account holders may benefit from an expedited review period of under 6 hours.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. betogel will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:

• Notify betogel immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account
• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other service
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances

betogel accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security where such failure arises from your own negligence.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

betogel supports a range of Malaysian payment methods and cryptocurrency options. All MYR transactions are processed at face value with no hidden currency conversion fees applied to RM-denominated accounts.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

1. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
2. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be approved.
3. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
4. betogel reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed specified threshold amounts or that trigger internal risk flags.
5. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods may be subject to processing times of up to 24 hours, though betogel targets a 15-minute processing window for standard MYR withdrawals via FPX and DuitNow.

5.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. betogel reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee of RM 10 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. Where an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

betogel offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, VIP rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to their individual promotional terms in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. betogel reserves the right to restrict bonus availability to certain player segments, account tiers, or geographic regions.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per shared device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate or related accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account Balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• betogel reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, system abuse, or breach of these Terms will be voided and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Each promotional offer specifies an applicable wagering requirement. The following examples illustrate how wagering requirements are applied to betogel's current welcome offer tiers:

7.1 Accepted Bets and Wagers

All bets and wagers placed through betogel are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. For sports betting, bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For casino games, the rules displayed within each game client govern outcomes.

7.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and account tier. betogel reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its sole discretion without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Account balance.
• betogel reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a pricing error, data feed error, or system fault has occurred, regardless of whether the affected round has settled.
• Winnings derived from software malfunctions or manifest errors will not be honoured and may be recovered from the player's Account.

7.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betogel and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Placing bets using insider information or in co-ordination with others to manipulate outcomes (match-fixing, spot-fixing)
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, game errors, or pricing inefficiencies with the intent to profit unfairly
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses
• Money laundering or using betogel's platform for any financial transaction intended to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained funds
• Any other conduct that betogel reasonably considers fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform

betogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders or hard session limits that automatically end a gaming session when reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts notify players of their session duration and net wins/losses.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is frozen, no deposits are accepted, and no promotional materials will be sent.

All content on the betogel Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of betogel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

betogel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or transmit any part of the Platform for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use data mining, scraping, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without betogel's prior written consent

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betogel, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
2. Any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, server failures, software bugs, security breaches of third-party systems, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and acts of government
3. Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform, including game RTP figures, odds, or promotional material
4. Any loss arising from a failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of bonus funds or winnings as a result of a breach

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit betogel's liability for death or personal injury caused by betogel's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

11.1 Termination by betogel

betogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Underage gambling — account holder confirmed to be under 21 years of age
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting betogel's support team
• Any conduct that betogel reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, its players, or its reputation

Upon termination for breach, betogel reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud is established, to recover from the player's Account any amounts obtained through fraudulent activity.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to betogel's customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests must be processed. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to betogel's customer support team for informal resolution.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of a formal written complaint being submitted to betogel, either party may escalate the dispute through any applicable formal dispute resolution channel. betogel's formal complaints process is documented in the Help section of the Platform.
